1. How do I purchase a Bordeaux Wine Experience Gift Voucher?
You tell us what you would like to offer and we will prepare a beautiful invitation card that will serve as a Gift Voucher for the package or tour or would like to offer. Of course the card will be without any indication of the value of the package you choose.
You just ask us to prepare a gift voucher and we will mail it to you so that you can offer the ivitation card yourself.

2. I want to offer one of your packages but I don't know which dates will fit for the people I want to invite. How do I go about it?
The Bordeaux Wine Experience Gift Vouchers come without a fixed date. The people that receive the Gift Voucher can contact us themselves and fix a date that will be convenient for them. (All bookings are depending on availability).

3. I received a Gift Voucher. How do I use it?
Just contact us by e-mail or phone and book your stay or tour (All bookings are depending on availability).
These gift vouchers can be used for:

• Bordeaux two day, one night Wine tour package,
• Bordeaux three days, two night Wine tour pacage,
• Paris-Bordeaux Wine Tours,
• Full week Bordeaux wine tours

4. Can I get a refund for a Gift Voucher?
All Gift voucher sales are final. Gift vouchers are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Can I redeem a Gift Voucher for cash?
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

6. Can I use a Gift Voucher and pay extra if I want to add something?
Yes. If the Gift Voucher is used for a booking of higher value, the balance may be paid using an acceptable credit card. This option is often used to ad one or more nights to a weekend package for instance.

7. How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of initial purchase (All bookings are depending on availability). Gift Vouchers remain valid until they have been utilized or the expiry date has passed.
